It is time for family fun to begin.
We have a pumpkin patch down the road from us where you pick your pumpkin(s) and pay according to what you can towards a charity fund. The charity goes towards those who cannot afford furthering their education. As soon as October 1st hit, we were so there. We did this last year as well and we couldn't wait for Halloween to arrive so we could start the festivities. We love supporting things like that and apparently it's a win-win sort of thing. I went a little crazy...
We had Fun!!!
It was time for a Mommy Daughter photo- Aunika is 10 months oldI also had fun doing a photo shoot with Aunika in a pumpkin that was carved. I got the idea from pinterest and thought it would be fun to try as I practice my photography skills. Aunika of course is very expression-ate and it's hard to pick a favorite.
Matt and I were invited to a Halloween Party, which is a first for us. We are usually the ones throwing a party so it was nice being the guests this time around. The theme was "Night of the Living Dead" so we decided to go along with that theme and this is what we came up with. Hopefully you can tell we are a Zombie Bride and Groom. Funny thing is that when Aunika saw us she just thought we looked funny and laughed.
I'm afraid to say Aunika looked much cuter for Halloween than we did. By that time our baby had turned 11 months old. I can't believe how time flies. I have so much to catch up on. Anyhow look at what a cute Butterfly she makes.
She decided to crawl on all fours for the first time and I happened to have caught it on camera.
